Description
In this course, you will build the advanced leadership, planning, and execution capabilities needed to design, deploy, and sustain Lean transformation across healthcare organizations. Beyond isolated improvement projects, true Lean transformation requires a systemic approach—anchored in strategic alignment, governance infrastructure, cultural engagement, and disciplined execution.
You will learn how to lead enterprise-level Lean deployment efforts, from strategic planning and Hoshin Kanri to phased rollout design, project execution, sustainment strategies, and building a culture of continuous learning and improvement across clinical and operational environments.
