This course focuses on advanced tools and leadership methods that move beyond project-level improvements to system-wide integration. Through strategic analysis, disciplined facilitation, and evidence-driven decision-making, you will build the skills necessary to stabilize operations, align demand and capacity, leverage data analytics, enhance stakeholder engagement, and embed sustainable change through Standard Work and daily management systems.
You are expected to not just apply these tools, but to teach, coach, and architect Lean systems that deliver lasting results for patients, staff, and healthcare organizations.
